This page is my personal experience with antidepressants, for 3 of the last 4 years I’ve been on 2 antidepressant tablets. The first 1 I went on was Zoloft, in the beginning it killed all emotions inside of me. I wasn’t on a big dosage either, I think it was around 100mg.

Because they didn’t work I tried another 1 called Lovan. It didn’t seem to have the harsh effects as Zoloft and overtime my dosage gradually increased to 200mg. When it reached that amount is when I stopped taking them all together. I knew I was heading into dangerous territory and wanted to pull myself out before it was to late.

 In coming days I’ll go into a little more detail as to why I was on these antidepressants and what I’m doing now. If you or anyone you know is on these horrible horrible things please stop taking them, it does require you to slowly come off them, over a 1-2 week period but it for your own benefit.

If you think you can’t come off them then do what I did and EXERCISE. It’s as simple as taking that very basic first step. Go outside and walk around for 20 minutes, easy does it to begin with and you will notice the difference.

Another good thing is try and cut out the junk food you eat, that stuff takes a toll on you. Notice how steps 1 and 2 go hand in hand?

 And lastly for now is to let out all those emotions building up in you, of course you need to do that in private and what better place then doing what I am doing right now? Thats creating a page completely anonymous and typing. This is the second of my pages, the 1 I started with is extremely private and gruesome, expressing my feelings on that page helped big time.
